The general purpose of this agreement is to set forth the wages, hours, working conditions and other conditions of employment for the duration of this Agreement and to promote harmonious labor relations for the mutual interest of the employer and the employees. The Board and the Association for and in consideration hereinafter specified agree to abide by the terms and provisions set forth herein for the duration of this agreement. Throughout this agreement, the kitchen staff shall be referred to as Association Members.
