(“Bobyard”) provides matchings services (the “Service”) through its proprietary website, located at www.bobyard.com (the “Website”), that matches homeowners (each a “Homeowner”) to a network of contractors for various remodeling services, (each a “Contractor” and the services provided by such Contractors, the “Contractor Service”) to designed to provide a simple, stress-free remodeling experience. If you use, receive or schedule Contractor Service, you will be deemed a Homeowner and these Terms of Use shall apply to you.
