By executing this Adoption Agreement, the undersigned Employer (“Adopting Employer”) elects to establish a Retirement Plan (“Plan”) for the benefit of its Employees and make certain elections with respect to the provisions of the Plan. This Adoption Agreement accompanies the Mennonite Retirement 403(b)(9) Plan Document (“MRT”) and may only be used in conjunction with the MRT Plan Document. The Plan is intended to be a retirement income account as defined in Code section 403(b)(9).
