The following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to and shall govern your subscription to ABS-CBN Australia Pty Ltd.’s Internet Protocol Television (“IPTV”) service and shall constitute the entire agreement by and between you (“Subscriber” or “You”) and ABS-CBN Australia Pty Ltd. (“ABS-CBN Australia”, “We” or “us”).
