By mutual agreement between the Communication Workers of America ("CWA") Local 4302 and The University of Akron, the parties agree to extend the expiration date of the current CWA Collective Bargaining Agreement ("CBA") dated May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2020 by thirty (30) days beyond its current expiration date of April 30, 2020. Therefore, this agreement will remain in effect until May 30, 2020, unless the parties are able to negotiate a successor agreement, in whole or in part, before said time.
