This Amendment to Master Dealer Agreement (“Amendment”), effective as of February , 2018 (the “Effective Date”), amends the Master Dealer Agreement entered into by and between Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC (“Flagship”) and the undersigned Dealer, on or about (“Agreement”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning set forth in the Agreement.
