This Service Plan Agreement (the “Agreement") is entered into between eCourtDate, Inc., a Delaware Corporation with its principal place of business located at 382 NE 191st St #61350 Miami, Florida 33179 (the “Company") and the Customer Cheney Municipal Court, as described in the Service Plan, incorporated by reference herein, and will be effective from the date specified on the Service Plan (the “Effective Date"). (Company and Customer may be referred to singularly as a “Party" or collectively as the “Parties.")
