This Service Agreement (the “eni Service Agreement”) is entered into effective the 11th day of August 2020 by and between Employee Network, Inc. (“eni”) with an address of 1040 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, New York 13850, and Vestal Central School District, with an address of 201 Main Street, Vestal, NY 13850 (“Company”). The term “Agreement” as used herein includes this eni Service Agreement, Exhibits A (Summary of Services and Processes) and B (Fees) attached hereto, the attached Terms and Conditions and the attached HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (all of which are incorporated herein by reference).
