This officer is responsible for dealing with technical matters within the region including issues with Specifications and the FIG Code of Points. This person does not make new policy but communicates rule interpretations made at the national level. He/She serves on the Regional Administrative Committee and works with the other members of the committee to develop acrobatic gymnastics in the region. Specific duties include the following:
