This agreement is for the provision of support services by Kingston upon Hull City Council of the Guildhall, Alfred Gelder Street, Hull. HU1 2AA to The Ferens Art Gallery and Ferens Art Gallery Endowment Fund of the Guildhall, Hull. The agreement covers three financial years from 1st April 2015 to 31st March 2018, unless terminated under the procedures set out in section 4.
