This East Portland/Portland Enterprise Zone Written Agreement (“Written Agreement”) is entered into this day of January, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Company Name, its affiliates and subsidiaries (the “Company”), and the City of Portland (“City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, acting by and through Prosper Portland, the assumed business name of the Portland Development Commission.
