This Data Processing Addendum (this “DPA”) forms a part of the 2Ring Cloud Agreement, as updated or amended from time to time the “Agreement”), between you, the Subscriber and 2Ring. All capitalized terms not defined in this DPA have the meaning set out in the Agreement.
