The following terms and conditions govern the Umpqua Bank Visa® Commercial Preferred Solution (VCPS) Rewards loyalty program, and you and Company agree to the following terms and conditions which form part of the Umpqua Visa Commercial Preferred Solution Account Agreement (“Agreement”) between Company and us. In these terms and conditions, “you” and “your” means the Managing Cardholder, as defined in the Agreement. “Us,” “we,” and “our” means Umpqua Bank. All other definitions contained in the Agreement apply to these terms and conditions.
