This Agreement and all rights and duties under this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of South Carolina. This Agreement may not be amended, modified, superseded or cancelled without written agreement of Steel Hands Brewing. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, by emailed signature pages or otherwise, each of which when so executed will be deemed to be an original and such counterparts will together constitute one and the same Agreement. Neither party may assign this Agreement or delegate rights to duties without the prior written consent of the other party.
