The City of Utqiaġvik (“City”) operates the City of Utqiaġvik Roller Rink located at 1849 Momeganna Street, Utqiaġvik, Alaska 99723 (the “Roller Rink”). The Roller Rink is available for use by the general public. Improper use of the Roller Rink can result in serious injury to the user or others.
