This Services Agreement (“General Terms”) is between Customer and Arm Limited (“Arm”) and takes effect as of the date Customer signs an Order Form (“Effective Date”). In the event of a conflict, inconsistency or difference between documents that make up this Agreement, the documents will control in the following order: the Order Form, and these General Terms.
