Under Council Regulation (EC) No 58/2003 of 19 December 2002 laying down the statute for executive agencies to be entrusted with certain tasks in the management of Community programmes1, the Commission can decide to delegate all or part of the implementation of the programme of Community action in the field of consumer policy (2007-2013), on its behalf and under its responsibility, to an executive agency.
