● United States TERMS: 1. Reseller level: Authorized reseller 2. Appointment of Reseller: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to the availability of the Products, Reseller agrees to purchase the Products from Airtame and Airtame agrees to sell such Products to Reseller. Such requirements may include purchasing of minimum quantities. 3. Prices: The purchase price for sale of any Product to Reseller shall be the manufacturer’s list prices in effect less a discount determined in accordance with this Reseller Agreement. Airtame reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Reseller discount schedule and other programs and policies that may affect the final price. Airtame shall give written notice to Reseller of any discount schedule and other programs and policy change at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date for such change.
