CONSENT, GENERAL RELEASE, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENTConsent, General Release, and Indemnity Agreement • June 26th, 2020
This Agreement applies to off-campus student experiences for which (i) Furman provides students course credit; (ii) a stipend; and/or (iii) Furman has entered into an agreement with the off-campus site hosting the experience (collectively, “the Experience”). The Experience will not include travel, other than standard commuter travel, and will take place between May, 2020 and August, 2020.
