This Group Net Metering Agreement (this "Agreement ") is by and between Peck Electric Company ("OWNER"), a Vermont Corporation, having a principal place of business at 4050 Williston Road, Suite 511, South Burlington, Vermont and the Town of Williston (the "CUSTOMER” and HOST "), a Vermont -registered municipality having a principal place of business at 7900 Williston Road, Williston Vermont, together referred to as "Parties" and each individually as a "Party ") and is effective and binding on the Parties as of the date hereof.
