The purpose of this agreement is to establish the Dealer as an authorized Chanson Water Dealer for the sale and service of products of Chanson Water and to set forth the respective duties, obligations and responsibilities of Chanson Water and of Dealer in the sale of these products by Chanson Water to the Dealer and the sale and servicing of these products by the Dealer.
