On December 07, 2005 JSC “Aeroflot” concluded an agreement with ZAO “Grazhdanskiye Samplety Sukhogo” (“Sukhoi Civil Aircraft”) (hereinafter ZAO “GSS”) on the acquisition of thirty (30) Sukhoi Superjet 100 (RRJ95В modification) aircaft (hereinafter Aircraft Delivery Agreement). The Agreement was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of JSC “Aeroflot’s” shareholders on May 16, 2006.
