Contract Type FiledNovember 28th, 2018The State and Regional Primary Care Association (PCA) Cooperative Agreements are state or regional organizations that provide training and technical assistance (T/TA) to existing and potential Health Center Program award recipients and look-alikes (health centers)1. This PCA Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) Progress Report, (hereafter referred to as the progress report), will provide funding for the fiscal year (FY) 2019 budget period (July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020). Continued funding is based on program compliance, organizational capacity to accomplish the PCA project’s goals, Congressional appropriation, and a determination that continued funding would be in the best interest of the federal government. The FY 2019 budget period is the final budget period within the current PCA project period (July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020).
