This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is made, by and between the Sacramento Public Library Authority (“Authority”), a California joint powers agency, and [insert name] (“Participating Library”). The Authority and Participating Library may be referred to in the singular as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
