(this “Fourth Supplement”) and effective from the time of execution and delivery hereof between the parties, is by and between the MARYLAND TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (the “Authority”), an agency of the State of Maryland (the “State”), and MANUFACTURERS AND TRADERS TRUST COMPANY, a banking corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
