This DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated February 5, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between Vera Acquisition, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Company”), and Biotech Products Services and Research, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Distributor”).
