These terms of business apply to all services undertaken by Spar Yard Marine Solutions Ltd. (“Spar Yard” or “the Company”) from the date of signature, without expiry except in the case of reissue. This agreement is made between Spar Yard and the Owner as shown on the Customer Information form (“the Customer” or “the Owner”) and his or her agents in all matters relating to the Owner’s Vessel (“the Vessel”).
