THIS AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) to Professional Services Agreement is made as of the 10TH day of February, 2023, by and between the City of Camas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "the City", and Stantec hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", in consideration of the mutual benefits, terms, and conditions hereinafter specified. The City and Consultant may herinafter be refered to collectively as the “Parties.”
