This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is entered into by and between MobiChord, Inc., a Delaware cooperation with its principal place of business at 7440 S. Creek Rd. Suite 401, Sandy, UT 84093, USA on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (collectively “MobiChord”) and the business entity identified below (“Customer”) and supplements, with respect to the MobiChord’s Processing of Personal Data, the Master Ordering Agreement in effect between MobiChord and Customer under which MobiChord is providing the Subscription Service to Customer (“Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the terms of this DPA and the Agreement with respect to the Processing of Personal Data, the DPA shall control. Any term not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Agreement.
