The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Central Texas Council of Governments (“Grantee” or “Contractor”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties” to HHSC Contract No. HHS000874100006 effective October 1, 2020 (the “Contract”), now want to amend the Contract further.
