The undersigned does hereby warrant, represent, covenant and agree that: (i) the undersigned, as a condition to becoming a Member in Red Trail Energy, LLC, a North Dakota Limited Liability Company, has received a copy of the Member Control Agreement made as of the 24th of September, 2003, and as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2007, and, if applicable, all amendments and modification thereto; (ii) the undersigned shall be subject to and comply with all terms and conditions of such Member Control Agreement in all respects, as if the undersigned had executed said Member Control Agreement on the original date thereof; and (iii) the undersigned is and shall be bound by all of the provisions of said Member Control Agreement from and after the dated of execution of this Consent.
