THIS AGREEMENT concerning the 2012 Safe Routes to Schools Grant for walk safety improvements for Madrona School is made and entered into by and between the City of Edmonds (hereinafter “EDMONDS”), a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Washington, and Edmonds School District (hereinafter the “DISTRICT”), a school district organized under the laws of the State of Washington.
