THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned Member and Heartland Tech Group LLC, an Iowa limited liability company (“HTG”). References herein to the “Members” include the Member as well as other Members of HTG, and HTG and the Members are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties”.
