Seller hereby agrees to sell and assign to Purchaser, and Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase from the Seller, subject to the terms and conditions herein, building fixtures, improvements and real estate in the City of Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana, commonly known as Henry Reis, 1900 Stringtown, which has a Tax Code Number of 82-06-17-031- 021.017-029, as shown on the aerial photo attached hereto as Exhibit A and which is more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto (the “Real Estate”). Specifically excluded from this sale and transfer is all personal property owned by the Seller.
