This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between (hereafter referred to as “Vendor)” and the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Roxbury, MA 02119 (“BPS”), each being a “Party” and both being the entities of the City of Boston, hereinafter the “Parties,” to this Agreement.
