In consideration of being permitted to participate in United States Coast Guard Auxiliary's public education, On Water Training, conducted by the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, releasor, for , and releasors, legal representatives, heirs and assigns, hereby releases, waives and discharges the United States and any Division thereof, the United States Department of Transportation, the United States Coast Guard, the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, its officers, members and employees, here referred to as releasees, from all liability to the releasor, , and releasors legal representatives, heirs and assigns, for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or damages resulting therefrom, on account of injury to releasor's person or property, even injury resulting in death of the releasor, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise while the releasor is participating in this program.
