Dear Sirs, Re.: Rate contract of UPS SMF BatteriesRate Contract • August 10th, 2015
We are having 1 KVA, 2KVA, 5 KVA and 10 KVA UPS systems working in our 104 offices situated all over Chandigarh, Punjab, Panchkula & Pinjore in Haryana, Chamba, Una & Amb in Himachal Pradesh (Annexure 6) , with each unit having multiple number of SMF Batteries ranging from 3 Number of Batteries in most of the 1 KVA UPS, 16 Number SMF batteries in most of the 5 KVA UPS (APC Make) and 32 Number of SMF batteries for 10KVA (APC Make). Our order shall be based on actual requirements only. The annual requirement is expected to be around Rs. 10/15 Lacs. However this will be only indication and not a commitment.
