STANDARD ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENT FOR UN Joint Programme “ENDING VIOLENCE, EMPOWERING CHANGE” in Serbia USING PASS-THROUGH FUND MANAGEMENT1

WHEREAS, Participating United Nations Organizations that have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Participating UN Organizations”) have developed a “Ending violence, empowering change” Joint Programme in Serbia (hereinafter referred to as the “Programme”) starting on 1 January 2024 and ending on 31 December 20262 (hereinafter “End Date”), as may be amended from time to time, as part of their respective development cooperation with the Government of Serbia (hereinafter referred to as the “Host Government”), as more fully described in the Joint Programme Document (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Programme Document”), a copy of which is attached hereto as ANNEX A; and have agreed to establish a coordination mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the “Steering Committee”)3 to facilitate the effective and efficient collaboration between the Participating UN Organizations and the Host Government for the implementation of the Programme;
