These User Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) form a legal agreement between you and MedAtlas Care (“MedAtlas”) respecting your use of MedAtlas services as described herein and on MedAtlas’ website. BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE BY CLICKING ON THE APPROPRIATE BUTTON BELOW, OR BY OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS
