Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate in aquatics activity from 4:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for the 2021 Swim Season at the Governors Club Indoor Swimming Pool at 10601 Governors Dr. Chapel Hill, NC 27517 hereinafter called "The Activity", I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue or hold liable Governors Club, Inc., its officers, employees and agents for any and all claims arising out of or related to use of the indoor swimming pool, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illness, (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in The Activity.
