(“Company”), as the licensor hereunder and prescribes the terms and conditions under which Licensee may use the Works such as videos, images, 3D graphics, and other copyrighted work provided through the Site or otherwise made available to Licensee by Company. By downloading any Content from the Site, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
