PARTIES & GOODS: This Master Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Inland Desert Nursery, Inc. (“Seller”) and Inland Desert | MB's Acct # 2979 (“Buyer”), (collectively referred to as “Parties”), regarding the sale of goods and services. From time to time during the term of this Agreement, Buyer may desire to purchase goods or services from Seller pursuant to the terms specified in this Agreement. Should Buyer desire to purchase goods or services from Seller, Buyer will execute a separate purchase agreement in the form of a (“Contract”). By executing a Contract, Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. To the extent the terms of the Contract and this Agreement conflict, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
