Recognizing that the welfare of the Company and that of its employees depends upon the welfare of the business as a whole and recognizing further that a relationship of goodwill and mutual respect between the Company and employees can contribute greatly to the maintenance and increase of that welfare, and striving for a continued harmonious relationship in which the Company and the Union agree to work together to promote continuous growth, a high level of work ethic and the general welfare of the business and all of its employees, the above parties join together in the following Agreement:
