This Service Provider Agreement (the Agreement) sets forth the terms and conditions whereby you, an independent service provider fully-licensed (to the extent required by applicable law) and qualified to provide the services contemplated by this Agreement (the Service Provider), agree to provide certain services (as described on Schedule 1) to third parties that may, from time to time, be referred to you via the web-based Platform of Deeds be Done, with a mailing address at PO Box #4271, Naperville, IL 60567.
