This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by and between the City of Lompoc, a municipal corporation (“City”) and the Lompoc Museum Associates, Inc., a California non-profit corporation (“LMA”). The Museum is housed in a historic Carnegie Library building that was constructed in 1910, and is owned by the City. The Museum grounds are currently landscaped in a common fashion, having shrubs near the building, expanses of lawn, trees, and other plantings.
