This is a legal document which is the agreement between you (whom we refer to as “you”, “your” or “entrant”) and us. We are a company registered in Switzerland with our registered office at c/o Bovadis Partner Treuhand AG, Oberstadt 3, 8200 Schaffhausen, Switzerland (and we refer to ourselves as "Groupon Travel” "we", "us" or "our" in this document). We are a separate company from Groupon-CityDeal (Ireland) Limited (trading as Groupon IE) (referred to below as “Groupon IE”).
