The general purpose of this Agreement to establish mutually satisfactory employment relations between the Employer and the registered and graduate nurses covered by this Agreement. It provides for an ongoing means of communication between the Association and the Employer for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual interest. It also provides means for the prompt settlement of grievances and for the final settlement of disputes. Salaries, hours of work and other conditions of employment will be established by mutual agreement.
