Mobile Deposit is designed to allow you to make deposits of checks (“Original Checks”) to your accounts from home or other remote locations by taking a picture of the Original Checks and delivering the digital images and associated deposit information (“Images”) to us with your supportable mobile device including, without limitation, a smart phone or other mobile device that satisfies the hardware and software requirements specified by us from time to time (“Mobile Device”) and any related Software (“Software”) provided by us.
