This License Agreement Addendum (“LAA”), duly signed by DMV and Supplier (each a “Party”), is attached to and made a part of the Contract by incorporation, and with the Contract governs the use of any and all ___(name of)____ Software (“Software”) licensed by DMV under the Contract and this LAA whether or not specifically referenced in the order document.
