This Waiver (“Waiver”) is an acknowledgement between the Owner, Landlord or Property Manager (“We, Us or Our”) and the Tenant(s) named in the Schedule (collectively, “You, Your”). This Waiver is an amendment to the Lease with Us (“Contract”) that provides for the waiver of a security deposit and costs under your Lease in the event of your default of a Lease as documented on your Move-out Statement.
